4th Of July weekend

For the 4th, my family and us headed first down to the parade, which amazingly Jayden seemed to really enjoy. None of the sirens scared him, he would just stare at everything, it was rather funny, he really hardly moved. It was pretty fun, really long parade but I was just glad Jayden was enjoyed it.


We tried to keep as much sun off of him as possible since i forgot to take his sun tan lotion..oops


Hanging out with Grandpa, Jayden has this thing with beards and mustaches, he will pull and, yes he does pull out the hair, ask his daddy. :)


He was not only amazed with the parade but with so many people around he just couldn't' keep up with all the staring he thought he needed to do.

Pretty sure he was the smartest of us all, he chilled in the back of the car out of the sun. I call it a party pooper, whats a parade without a sunburn. :)

Randomness

I've decided that I am terrible at keeping this updated, but hey at least i get to it once a month right.




Pretty sure Jayden thinks he's the cutest kid around, whenever he sees me pull the camera out he all the sudden starts to pull these cute faces or he trys to attack me to eat it. I get a couple cute ones though








He just loves his remote control, pretty sure if we took it apart a steady stream of drool would come out, whatever entertains him though right.

He's really starting to like to be on the 4 wheelers, he just loves to be outside and look around.

7 months

Jayden is 7 months..well technically tomorrow but i figured I'd use the opportunity to use the computer to its full extent. He has been a little grumpy this month. He has for sure 6 teeth coming in and I might have spotted 2 more coming in. So needless to say he's been happier. Poor little guy, hopefully he'll get these in and then he'll have a nice break. Anyways, he is a moving little monster. I haven't measured him lately...sad i know but he is a little over 20 lbs. I think since he moves all the time now he's losing some of that chubby belly. He's growing like a weed though and his personality is really starting to show through, a little trouble maker like his daddy.. Smiles all the time (well when he's happy..go figure), Doesn't crawl the normal way but gets everywhere pretty quick. He talks more and more and just loves to eat EVERYTHING. He's new fetish...shoes. He loves feet and shoes, and if your not looking he will bite your foot and yes it does hurt.



Jayden sure loves to play with his daddy...he can get him laughing pretty good. Funny buggers.

Birthday Fun

So for my birthday Brandon took me out to salt lake to get some shopping done and take me to my favorite place in the city Thanksgiving Point Gardens. I love it there. I could literally spends hours. Jayden wasn't too thrilled and got a little awnry but it was fun still. My boy were troopers for me. The only part Jayden seemed to really enjoy was to watch all the fish swim around looking for food.





We also went to the Bingham Copper mine. it was pretty fun. Their trucks were huge! Brandon loved it, he was comparing the trucks he works with and the ones they had...no comparison, made simplots look like tonka trucks.

I know he looks so excited but what can i say, I'm a mom that is trying to get all that i can on video or in pictures. That is my excuse...I am mom, hear me roar. :)

6 months

He thinks he's pretty stinking cute, who am i to tell him any different. :) . At his 6 month mark he weighed just under 20 lbs and a little over 27 inches tall now. He is well over 9oth percentile in everything, i guess that means we have a very health baby boy. he still has only two teeth at this time but he's begun to get the army crawl thing down very very well. Surely keeps mom on high alert






He has fallen in love with this Troll sing along video i use to watch when i was a little girl. Jayden will literally sit in his walker or lay on the floor and not move. He can watch it 6 times in a row and i'll still get the same reaction.








I'm sure every baby loves to be in just in thier diaper. I really ought to catch this on video but while changing him and we get to his diaper, he'll get the biggest smile and start to shake he's so excited. The less clothes the better in his mind. He is also starting to get the biggest smile and the funnies personality.

5 months old

Jayden is now 5 months old, weighs in a little over 18 lbs and has his first two teeth on the bottom. You can just see the white but they sure are sharp little things. His new things is that when we are feeding him with a spoon, he bites down and doesn't want to let go. He thinks its hilarious...he gets rice everywhere..not so funny for me.
