Cranky

Well we've been rather busy and not busy all at the same time.  Hubby is still on swing shifts and now he had another weekend added.  Positive part it is that he will actually have all of Halloween off, first time in the 3 years he's worked at Simplot.  Pretty excited, its jayden's first real time to dress up and go trick or treating and korwins first in general.  That night i'll for sure take pictures to show off how stinking cute my boys are.. (just a bit biased remember).

Well Korwin was doing so good the past couple of weeks on his sleeping...i got 7 hours in a row one night. I had forgotten how it felt to get a decent nights sleep.  It took a bit of sleep training but we did it!  Well then yesterday he had to get his 4 months shots and then was prescribed to have to drink 1 oz of prune juice twice a day, gotta tell ya he is NOT a fan of the prune juice taste but anyways ( i know he's five months old but we somehow got a month behind, did the same thing with jayden, maybe we just like to be fashionable late or something).  well his shots actually made him a bit sick this time, nothing major just a bit of a fever and just uncomfortable type pains.  Then to top it all of he's getting 2 more teeth on the bottom which will give him 4 teeth.  I sorta wish he could of been like other babies and waiting till 9 months or something. I guess on the other side he'll be done a lot quicker.
Well his 5 month stats came at no surprise of being in the 90th percentile.  He weighed a whopping 18 lbs 14 oz and 27 inches long.  We just grow big kids I guess.

I'm a scatterbrain and haven't the slightest clue where my camera is so yet again no pictures since its a pain in my butt to get them off my phone and im just lazy.  Well i guess other super exciting news is that my sister-in-law the sneaky little devil surprised everyone and dropped the bomb that she is going on a mission!!! I haven't a clue how she kept it a secret but I'm so proud of her and excited for her. She's going to the Calgary Canada mission...i know eh!!  lol  Well she leaves in just a few short weeks to the MTC and its crazy to think we won't see her for 18 months but i think i can speak for the family and say we are so very very proud of her decision to go on a mission.  as the hubby says it truly is the most challenging, rewarding, exciting, scary best 2 years (18 months for her) of your life. It'll be sad to see her go, i know Jayden will miss her and Korwin just thinks she's still the crazy aunt that talks funny to him, but when she gets back he'll be almost 2!  Crazy!

Another Crazy is we are about to have a 3 year in the house, in just a few short weeks Jayden turns 3 and its so weird to think its snuck up on us so fast this year.  I'm excited for him to go into sunbeams in January, i hope his teacher can handle all the crazy kids moving up this year they'll will have their hands full for sure!

Well this was suppose to be a quick update, but i guess it really is since i just scraped the surface of our crazy lives!  Well TTFN!!

  2. Well it seems our little Korwin thinks its okay to wait and not poop for 3 or 4 days at a time...so we get to feed him 1 oz of prune juice morning and night until he gets the idea of needing to go everyday or at least every other. I guess i just have kids that hate to poop basically. Jayden is the same way and we have to give him softeners and prune juice frequently. however we've noticed with Jayden that if he doesn't have a lot of dairy he does pretty good, we are thinking hes lactose intolerant. Pretty sure Korwin might be too, the only thing that doesn't make him super cranky is Soy Formula. I guess it would make sense, i can't handle a ton of dairy either so i guess they get the sucky genes.
